Terms and conditions Admission The auditorium will open to ticket holders at 5.30pm. Chairs Reserved deckchair seating is available; please see individual concert details for prices. Personal chairs are allowed into the grassed area, however we ask you not to obscure the view of the stage for nearby patrons. Refreshments There will be limited refreshments at some concerts. Patrons are advised to bring a picnic, however, all glass items including bottles are not permitted into the concert arena.The use of naked flames and barbeques is not permitted. Dogs Dogs are not permitted in the concert arena with the exception of guide dogs. On site Box Office Any remaining tickets will be on sale at the on site box office from 12pm on the day of performance Concessions Children under 5 free, discounted family tickets available and disabled patrons are welcome with a free of charge accompany companion. Please contact box office for further details. Disabled Patrons Disabled patrons are welcome to all our concerts. There is provision for preferential parking, a reserved seating area and toilet facilities. If you need any further assistance please ask one of our stewards who will be happy to assist you. Guide dogs are welcome but please advise our stewards if you attend a concert accompanied by fireworks. The Weather The weather can disrupt any open air event. Any decision to cancel a concert will be taken at the advertised start time. No refund will be given if the concert starts but is later abandoned.
